Due to rapid company expansion here at RLC, we invite country managers to join our international marketing team!

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Country Manager role located in Ortigas with flexibility for some remote work and international travel. The role will be responsible for building and managing a team of international marketing partners, setting sales goals and targets, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to product development. The position will also be responsible for monitoring sales metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and providing regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, and Sales Forecasting skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• With updated passport and able to travel across the globe (G7 Visa holder is an advantage)
• Tech Savvy

Positions Available:

Premier IPS (Country Manager) - with real estate sales experience, proven sales record, managerial experience
Senior IPS (Country Manager)- with real estate sales experience and proven sales record
IPS (Country Manager)- entry level - fresh graduates are welcome to apply
